This is a poetry blog. It's like a journal, just not in prose. It should hopefully be its own defense.
You wouldn't know
because I couldn't say
the feeling I had
when I held you for
one minute
and wished it were
for life--
that minute was life to me.
It's good to see writing from you. I hope all is as you need it to be. As to the poem, it is stunning; I read it 3x just to see what felt the most to me, and haven't decided, but I really like this poem.
